Directly or indirectly, smoking kills thousands of people worldwide. Once habituated, smoking is something we find very difficult to give up. However, as doctors say, giving up smoking can help you stay healthy. It also protects you from many ailments, including heart diseases, respiratory proplems, cancers, and so on.

A number of people around the world try to quit smoking every year, but very few of them succeed. So, the question is: is there any way that shows us how to quiet smoking? As we all know, there are theories, both medical and non medical, but it's really a difficult job to point out what may be the easiest and the best way on this earth, to quit smoking.

    My sister-in-law did hypnosis and it worked. My husband quit cold turkey and now it grosses him out.
