If so, please tell me whyyyyyyyyyy!
I am soooo interested
I obviously think she's guilty as sin but some are falling for her "i was protecting the family" bit...seems like shes just throwing bunch of mystery over everything to hide the simple, obvious truth.

I used to think so, because I have seen people rail roaded by police on numerous occasions who by the time that they got it cleared up were financially ruined and could not even grocery shop without being attacked, but now I am not so sure. I would not say I think that she is 100% guily, but around 95%. I am interested to see the actual evidence that has been obtained and will be looking in on it. This case is all forensics. One thing is for sure, that Nancy Grace is loving the rating exploiting it

I have been following it closely too and I agree with you Floormodel. But i understand what you are saying Endlessly. But i think that is about all Casey has going for her, the understanding that the media sometimes makes things seem other than it actually is...a very broad statement that just touches on the surface of all controversial cases, but once you look into the facts surrounding her case it's clear she did it, and that broad statement no longer applies to her case.
She is a pathological liar and reminds me of an old friend I used to have. It's creepy, because a lot of liars have the same mannerisms and wordage and once you've seen one in action, it isn't very difficult to sense another one (that's how the field of psychology works).
The whole goose chase she has had the police go on trying to saying it was this person, or that person, or that she wouldn't talk to them b/c if she did her whole family would be in danger, is just rubbish and a typical tactic of liars when they are beginning to be found out.
Essentially it isn't even just what she did BEFORE her mother reported Caylee missing that is suspicious/guilt-ridden (not reporting her missing for a month, partying, getting a "good life" tattoo, telling everyone she was with the nanny), but also what she did AFTER the police got involved (lying to the Nth degree, keeping quiet while supposedly her daughter could "still be alive").
As for forensics, this case is full of it. Dirt on her shoes matches dirt at scene where the baby was found...the air tests in the trunk of her car which says their was decomposing HUMAN flesh inside at some point (no matter how much Baez wants to try to spin this people aren't dumb and can see through him...lol wow he is so unexpeirenced!), choloroform in the trunk, caylees hair in the trunk, stuff from the crime scene (including the laundry bag she was in) linked to the family home...it's just all very sad and points directly to a mother who never wanted to have the baby anyway....I dont understand how anyone can say she is innocent. I mean, just to be fair, and to give SOME weight to the proven fact that, yes, the media does portray innocent people as guilty a lot of the time, I will say there is a .01% Casey Anthony is innocent. That is all. Because I know she isn't. And if for some reason that .01% ends up being the truth and she reveals some crazy ass story in her case that makes everyone go "ohmigod, this poor girl, she was telling the truth all along and just has horrible luck and a crazy life!" then I will personally write a book on the media's role in murder cases.
I never liked Nancy Grace until i started watching it for this case...and I still don't LIKE it, i mean, its repetitive and everything is concocted to get soundbites and its just very basic as far as television production goes....but I do respect her getting the word out about missing kids. People wanna bitch about the media, but the media helps a lot of these cases get solved.....would you rather have your kid disappear and no one know about it and never find them, or have them disappear, everyone know about it (even to the detriment of your privacy) and have one of those people who saw it on Nancy Grace find your child/know some info that leads to your child....
