It depends on what you personally find interesting. Some people find fashion or celebrity gossip interesting, some prefer blogs about different hobbies like knitting and cooking. My blog is on a bunch of different subjects, all of which encompass me. I have poetry, fiction, thoughts on life... take a look sometime if you like. You might be pleasantly surprised.

Just left a comment on your blog. Yes, it is REAL interesting.
As for mine, I surely hope so. I write on con men and their scams. A lot of this real-life stuff reads like a legal thriller novel. To me, at least. That's why I ended up actually writing a legal thriller novel. But, anyone else would have to judge for themselves.-

I guess that depends on who you are. For general readers, I suspect that whatswrongaroundus.blogspot.com is my most "interesting" blog. rockstories.blogspot.com is probably interesting if you want to be a writer, and catholicinside.blogspot.com might interest you if you're very religious (Catholic or not--a surprising number of my readers are not). I personally don't think that my dog blog at dogstoryblog.blogspot.com is all that interesting--I just miss my dog--but people subscribe to it.
I suspect that there is no empirically correct answer to this question. I hate that. -

I wish someone could critique me on how to make mines better as I am still starting out. but so far I think everyone who looks at my blog turns to stone.
definitely would like to know how my writting style is, layout and content is. Don't need specifics on how exactly it could be better but what I need to look into to improve so others don't turn to stone.

People drop by my blog and seem to like the content. I'm a stand-up comedienne in NYC. So already people are intrigued by the unusual profession. Stand-up comedy makes for unique and interesting subject matter.
I even got an email from famed RomCom (Romantic Comedy) writer, Billy Mernit saying that I was a "thinking" blogger. It's the best compliment I've received to date.
