Israel & Gaza .... change dream or another Holocaust

More than 660 victims most of them from civilians in Gaza, 215 child and 89 woman killed till now more than 3000 injured people.
War sound surround everything ,spread everywhere and rises above everything.
Mass & destruction everywhere in every place in Gaza, blood become more than the water.
No save place to go or to hide in from the raining fire caused by the "F16" planes.
Darkness overshadowed allover Gaza, no hospitals enough to heal thousands of injured kids and women.
On the other side, 7 victims in Israel and 90 people were injured.
Many people in Israel may face the rockets' danger anytime.
Hamas said that they are using the rockets because the Israeli refused to stop the siege, they explained that "They need us die rapidly by the war or slowly by the siege"
Israel said that they are using their planes and tanks to stop these rockets and to change the situation in Gaza.
But after 12 days of war, thousands of victims, Millions of dollars are being spent every bullet. Losses in everything ;in lives , money and rights.
I need to know when Israel will stop these rockets???
After killing all Gaza people.
Please we all should do what we can do in order to prevent children screaming and mothers' crying.
Is 700 victims not enough to let us say

you have to ask Hamas the question Isreal hates the situation but Hamas deliberately fire the rockets to bring the situation about for cheap propoganda. They are a cruel and merciless people. -
Hamas is ready and willing to sacrifice their own people for political ends. -
No they said that they need a peace but in a complete situation not by siege or fire and they will stop firing the rockets

I am here in Israel right now, Hamas started this war. Hamas hides behind the civilians, and the Civilians don't listen to leave the area when a building is bombed.
During war people die, that's life.
If the Muslims would give up their hate for israel, war would not happen. Yes, I was in Egypt for five months and traveled the Middle East before coming to Israel. It really is sad to learn the strange ideology that the Egyptians are taught at such a young age to hate Israel.
The only solution Israel has is to get rid of the problem, which is Hamas.
Keep in mind in 1948 the Arabs attacked, a lot of good attacking has done for the Arabs. -

The Egyptians hate Israel due to The Israeli war against Egypt and against Palestine allover the history.
till now all the victims are civilians and no Hamas members at all. Then how Israel keep saying Hamas hides behind the civilians and make it the reason to kill the civilians and after the death of the civilians we all see and discover that there is no Hamas members between or behind the civilians.
As I said Hamas said that they begin the war because Israel made a siege on Gaza and let the civilians die slowly.
Hamas doesn't have such wepons like Israel to begin a war.-
saad- If you do not think that Hamas hides behind its civilian population then I would seriously be suspect of where you get your facts from and how you CHOOSE to interpret what is happening. The Egyptians are also prolonging the situation in Gaza. They could easily open the Rafa crossing, but they will not. I also do not really think you understand what the Holocaust was, its historical aspect, nor even the conditions it happened under. I believe all that you have been taught was that the Holocaust killed a lot of Jews and you have been told that the Jews are now committing a "Holocaust" against the Palestinians. And you do this to make the Jews and Israelis look as bad as possible under every circumstance. You should read the article I posted below.

I mean another Holocaust in means of killing many people. Not as u said the historical aspects and the conditions there which I already know it in details.
I need to give me one example or one physical guide that Hamas hide behind the civilians or I am sure that Israel is saying some stupid reasons to kill the kids and the innocents and you agree on these foolish reasons. -

When Hamas wants to stop this war it will stop. If Israel stops on its own then Hamas will just keep firing the rockets into Israel. You cannot force someone into peace that does not want it.

I can see that Hamas said that the already need to stop the war but with cutting the siege on Gaza and opening all the crossing
They don't need to fight with Israel as they already know that Israel is stronger than them. -
I'm not sure that's entirely true. Germany and Japan didn't have a sudden change of heart in 1945. They made peace not out of a desire for peace, but because the Allies were on the way to destroying them.

Most of the weapons Hamas uses to attack Israel civilians are smuggled in from Iran through Egypt. Why don't you get your country to crack down on the weapons smuggling?-

Iran doesn't give any weapons to Hamas,
And if we say that there are two parties in the war Israel & Hamas ;why we give Israel the right to have any weapons they need and try to prevent the other party which is Hamas have even the minimum weapons the could defend themselves. -
Could you prove that please? I'm open to being convinced that Hamas' gets its weapons some other way.

The people in this thread saying "Let Hamas learn its lesson" as if that justifies babies being killed, have lost their humanity.

Holocaust really? Come on... That is a little melodramatic while I don't agree with what is going on you can't compare 776 dead people to something like 6 million. -

This is histrionic and does nothing to move us to an answer. I shudder when I hear of the people killed. That would be people anywhere.
But which rockets are you talking about? The rockets that Hamas is shooting into Israel? Surely you believe that is wrong, too.
How about Hamas reversing its coup against the Palestinian Authority, working out a power-sharing agreement with Fatah, giving up its goal to liberate all of Palestine (ie Israel), forswear the use of terror against Israel, pledge itself to negotiations leading to a Palestinian State living side-by-side with Israel. And returning Gilad Shalit.
It is ironic that Hamas attacks Israel from Gaza. Gaza is the first Palestinian land EVER left to the Palestinians to run. It was not the Turkish or British colonizers who left Gaza for the Palestinians. It was not Egypt, which grabbed Gaza in 1948. It was Israel that pulled its troops and settlements out of Gaza. Who made Gaza "unoccupied Arab land." So why is Hamas fighting Israel, the unoccupier? -
How about the Israelis sticking to the 1967 boarders, or policing what’s happening in Hebron and not holding the Gaza strip to ransom over food and water and medical supplies.
The Gaza strip looks like a concentration camp to me maybe that’s why people are calling this a holocaust.......... -

Umm this time its against Arabs who live in Gaza.
Because they democratically elected Hamas to lead them.
How many of the two hundred plus children who have died in the last 13 days where part of Hamas?
The 5 month siege of Gaza is 100% relevent to current events as this is why Hamas started to shoot the rockets in the first place.
You cant pick and chose which parts of the history you want to call relevent its intellectually dishonest.-
xanthe- Are you sure it has nothing to do with the rockets being fired at Israel? You are talking about a completely irrelevant point simply bent to make Israel look like the only responsible party while at the same time trying to get Hamas off the hook. Israel is doing what any other country would do, protect its own citizens. If you have such a problem with children being killed in Gaza then maybe you should be asking why Hamas operates in such crowded areas and why they store weapons in mosques, schools, and homes. Israel has specific targets when it attacks Hamas while Hamas only wants to kill anyone they can. The only concentration camp going on is in your head, not reality.

Actually it’s you who should question why Gaza is so crowded. The Palestinians have been crushed into a slither of land in most places it’s no wider six kilometres with many hundreds of thousands of people who have been made refugees by the constant expansion by Israel over the last 40 years. They are now crammed into this tiny space. Unfortunately Hamas has very little room for manoeuvre.
How shocking that my concern for the people of Gaza would cause you to imply that I am semi delusional. I'm afraid you must be compleately delusional if you think its fair of the Israeli goverment to blockade food, cut of the electricity and water supply to Gaza for 5 months and not expect a reaction from Hamas. -

I would just like to stress that I do not wish any harm on the Israeli people...I just wish both sides could come to an agreemnt where they can live together peacefully.Jews and Muslims have lived together for many centries in peace and harmony side by side all over the world in the past until now.

Muslims get along well with Jews when they're dhimmis -- 2nd class. Muslims have had a hard time dealing with the Jews as equals, with the Jews' claim to Israel as equal to the Muslim claim to the land.
Even now, Hamas (democratically elected as you pointed out -- another sad sign of the Palestinians' judgment) won't recognize Israel as a legitimate political reality.
I,too, want to stress that I do not wish any harm to come to the Palestinian people (although when they strap explosives to themselves and try to kill as many Jews as they can, my sympathy is stretched).
I would like to see the Palestinian people rise up and demand their leaders negotiate with Israel an agreement whereby a free Palestine would live alongside Israel. The "living peacefully" that Jews and Muslims did in centuries past is the peaceful living of apartheid, of Muslims and 2nd-class citizens. We must look for the peaceful living of two equal peoples.

I live in Morocco. My husband is Jewish Moroccan his family have lived in this country for over 400 years peacefully side by side their Arab neighbours. They came to Morocco after the Jews where expelled from Christian Spain.They own land here, they have made fantastic living's compared to the family members who left Morocco to live in Isreal during the 1950's.
Throughout Moroccan history some of the closest advisers to the king's of Morocco have come from the Jewish community. Even now Andre Azoulay who is Jewish and the governer of a region of Morocco represents the king in international affairs. This is not only unique in Morocco.
Please can you clarify if you feel this is a religious war between Jews and Muslims or is this a war over land between Israeli's and Palestinians.
Because most people believe that this is a land war.
In 1948 clear boundries were laid out in the partition of the land then called Palestine.And then again in 1967, more land was allocated to the Israelis. I ask you have the Palestinians taken any areas allocated to the Israeli's in this time? -
Oh by the way being British and living in London as a kid we always lived under the fear of terrorist attacks from the IRA, but we have all managed to forgive and forget.

Considering your response to the fact that more than a third of all of casualities in Gaza are of children: "Maybe Hamas will learn it's lesson", I think you should change your name to "Endarken". Innocent children should be protected regardless of their race, ethnicity, religion. If you can't see that, you are in need of enlightenment.
Considering that the Israeli Government won't allow journalists into Gaza and the media is so tightly controlled by your government, you can't say that you really know what has happened. By the way, muslims aren't taugh to be anti-semitic as you asserted. I have always had Jewish friends and some of my family members have married Jews. Enlighten your perspective. -
