Hi
I hear that in Italy there is a potential of gypsy children hoarding you and grab your belongings...
Is it okay for a tourist to hit them .. not a full punch but a medium punch to their chest or back? will i be implicated?

Sure it's ok to hit them. As long as you don't hurt them too badly or kill them, then it would be a fine of 50 Euros.-

My friend got mobbed by gypsy children in Rome. He said he thinks he felt their hands hit every single pocket on his body.
Just be careful about your money and documents.
