      Yeah. I'm still plugging away at the wine posts. Some days are easier than others digging up new material, especially in the winter when it's no longer the growing season.

   I love it all. It's all good. I didn't realize there was an actual term to describe tempura, tonkatsu etc. I liked your blog. I really enjoy intelligent food writing.
