Hello everybody,
www.blogcatalog.com/group/the-official-unofficial-blog-catalog-stumbleupon-...
The purpose of this group is to create an alliance of bloggers and StubmbleUpon users who agree to Stumble/favorite/review each other's articles and posts in an effort to influence StumbleUpon success.
If you are unfamiliar with how this process works (and how easily it can) please read the following article:
www.problogger.net/archives/2008/09/20/how-to-grow-a-young-blog-with-stumbl...
Looking for members to join.
I will be reviewing your blog before approving.
We will begin once we have a group of at least 25 dedicated members. We will continually increase membership throughout the process, but only accept reliable bloggers.
If you are interested, then join by visiting the group here:

Thanks!

Recently, StumbleUpon has been banning websites that offered stumble exchanges. Here is an excerpt confirming it:
Are incentive programs allowed? Someone asked me to rate their web-site?
StumbleUpon does not allow personal accounts to be used for the purposes of incentivization or promoting sites. This would be considered a breach of our Terms.
The practice of sending PM’s encouraging or inviting other stumblers to rate/review sites in exchange for reciprocal reviews/ratings, monetary, or any other form of reward is strictly forbidden.
The practice of actively soliciting a rating or review for a site is also forbidden. Should you receive a PM, or encounter forum postings that breach this rule, you are encouraged to report this via feedback.
Accounts participating in such practices will be deleted and banned, and the related sites deleted and banned from the system. -
The strategy behind this group is to help facilitate the process of networking and creating the circle of contacts/friends you have using StumbleUpon. It's not post submit an article and rate/review in exchange for the same. I plan to build actual relationships with members of this group, exchange ideas and share articles/blogs we find interesting, entertaining and valuable.
It's an organic process and I am experimenting with this through the integration of other social media and networking sites. We could have found each other on StumbleUpon, at a bar, at Blog World Expo, on Facebook or perhaps through Problogger's Social Media Love In... (Facebook, Twitter, StumbleUpon, Digg, Plurk)

Again, this group is NOT a mirror of the social media "favor exchange" groups already saturating BlogCatalog.
Hopefully that clears things up! Thanks for the heads up though! -
It's definitely allowed. We're not doing anything that violates their TOS. We are simply making new friends and contacts that share similar interests.
THIS IS NOT A STUMBLE EXCHANGE!
This is merely a way to meet new people whom we can share articles, images and videos with not only on StumbleUpon but through other social media sites/instant messenger/blog catalog/email, etc. Review, rate, digg, vote and share and your own will. No obligations at all.
