I've posted about the problems with cliches, but today I'm challenging everyone to use 25 cliches beginning with the letter A in one paragraph.

My favorite cliche is "hold your horses". I use it all the time. -
Once upon a time, in land far away, there was a land where roses were red, and violets blue, and on the tips of bent grass blades, glistened a vibrant green, the emerald drops of mountain dew.

I like that my co-workers freely mix and match such cliches and give brand new ones to appreciate. As one recently said, "We've been down this rodeo before!"
