Not sure what your time zone is, but it's 11 p.m. where I live, and I'm getting ready to hit the hay.

I've got my glass of green tea; I put on The Andy Griffith Show, and I'm going to get my crossword puzzle book now. My boys are sleeping, and I've just updated my posts. All is well.

Thanks for saying tea. I need to start drinking it again. It is just so hot here in summer. I hate having anything hot. I like black tea though.

I just wanted to say good morning! Also, that my bagel and coffee this morning was excellent! Now I have to do better (caloric-wise) for the rest of the day.

  I'm starting to notice a pattern for me. I'm becoming accountable by telling you what I've been eating. I took the kids skating and had pizza for lunch. That's my third meal with pizza in three days, but I did burn some calories skating.
