langit template help?

Can somebody tell me what to do with this broken subscription email box?

and i want to get the ads that 4 x 4 big square in my blog...don't know what to do...i just have my new template but it's not good for me...please help...thank yo here my blog;

      FWIW no one can even begin to help you until you state which blogging software you use. (blogspot? wordpress? joomla? )

    Okay,It's a blogspot .....so do you know how to delete the ads?

        Delete all the coding in the HTML in the template that creates the ads.
