Las Vegas

So I am going to Las Vegas in June with my girlfriend. It is the first time there that I am of legal age to dude stuff. I'm looking for suggestions on what to do, what to see, where to eat. What is the buffet? We are there from June 1st to June 4th, not a lot of time, but still enough to do some stuff.
