Actually, on a VIA train bound for Toronto for a book signing. Why is this important? 1. It is held at the shop of a Blog Catalog member - blog is AtellierGwendolyne. I met her on BC.
The review of my novel Beneath The Singapore Sky was done by another member I met here - her blog - OnceAFortNight
I have not met these ladies before BC! BC does allow you to make some fantastic, creative connections. Anyone here experienced similar connections in BC?

Here I am sending positive thoughts to you all and not a single comment on this positive discussion topic - what does that signify?
To prompt you - words like best wishes, great experience, congrats! and so on are acceptable!!

Have a wonderful time. Toronto is a beautiful city. And I love long train rides-so enjoy the trip.

@NP - You have just stopped me from going to the previous discussion of WW - on where have they gone? I think this is a positive discussion yet no one wants to contribute. Perhaps that is why people have left the discussion board. And yes I am in contact with a number of them.

I have met a few people from BC and even stayed in their houses

I travelled about the East Coast of the USA last September, staying with blog friends that I had gathered over two years.

I've only been at BC a short time, so I haven't met anyone in the flesh. I feel very close to certain people here, in a poetic/feeling way, but maybe that's all illusion.

I think some people you just click with, just like the real world

@NP- That's a good illusion. There are many kind and intelligent bloggers in BC who have given up on the discussions for various reasons. I have become friends with some of these and visit their blogs regularly & I contact them on their shoutboxes or leave comments on their blogs. They are some creative and compassionate people with excellent blogs who are not seeking popularity.

@crpitt - Great to be able to see the blogger in person right?? Are you planning to visit Canada?
    1. crpitt
It really was great, a bit scary as I hadn't even spoke on the phone to them, but well worth it

Yes I am planning a big trip to Canada in 2011

TT - Thanks, the train trip to TO is very scenic and I am going to absorb all these 3 days are going to offer.
@crpitt - you're most welcome to visit in 2011 if I'm still here!
