I'm kinda with u on that one. I love the fact I'm going to heaven,but scared I won't see some of my loved ones there. -
that could be prolonged substantially. Just stay alive for the next fifteen years or so and the technology required to incredibly extend lifespans should be available. Soon you will be able to reprogram you cells, and then your genes to eliminate aging factors. We already know what makes cells age as well as why they do so. Tests are already being done to control this in rats. It is being predicted by a wide variety of organizations and researchers that in as little as fifteen years we will have the ability to more than double lifespans. It is also being predicted that by the twenty fifties it may be possible to extend lifespans to one thousand years!! ..but again, you have to stay alive these next fifteen years.

@ HollytheHousewife It's so amazing. We are living in an age where we finally understand ourselves and can finely take control and override natural selection, sexual selection, and selfish genes. We are integrating our technological progression with our very biology. This is a momentous time period in the history of life on our planet. I am excited to be living during this time. The uniting of biological and technological evolution. One started as a single cell floating in a massive empty ocean and the other as a sharpen point on a rock.

Well you say that,but do u really know what you're saying...
Hypothetically let's say you're right,life started from that single cell. Well where did that single cell in the ocean or the rock come from.
If u say big bang,or even string theory,where did those come from. For that matter where did matter come from,
Something or someone created it. I say GOD,you may disagree which is fine,but either way ethically speaking,when you play GOD things are destined to go wrong because we both know that you and I are merely human and catastrophic mistakes can be made when playing with life. -
If you truly want to know the answers to those questions, they are out there. It's just that your questions don't have easy answers. It would take me way to long to explain the theories on organization on matter, particle physics, M theory, Quantum physics, Astro physics, and chemistry, all of which may be relevant to your questions. But, the information is out there. Many extremely intelligent people have spent much of their lives working on this stuff. This is true of all of those things that you think there are no answers for, outside of religion. (this is also true of all those people working on technologies that are going to extend our lifespans.) Im going to leave it there. I dont want to get into a theist-atheist debate with you. If you ARE interested in seeking the answers to your questions I can point you in the right direction, if you like. just message me.

To do my adult years over again with the same wisdom I have now. -
My height. I'm just average for a guy. I'd rather be atleast 2 inches taller. -
I'd take some money-
Start a "Love Referee" business where you have people pay $25 to decide a winner in love spats so they can go on and enjoy themselves again instead of having a proverbial "jump ball" all the time.
Wear a black and white striped shirt and carry a whistle. You'll be run over with business and the more they squabble, the more money you make. You'll be proclaimed an expert, an environmental improvement specialist, and Oprah will invite you on stage! There, send your $25 to my blog....Problem solved as you'll be rolling in the money as soon as the ads hit the papers.

Derek, on a serious note, if you are ever looking for a part time job - the high schools need referees in the worst way - and, at least in Colorado, they pay pretty good. The fact that you are studying as an EMT would be a bonus because there are injuries. My hubby started as a city league official and he now refs playoff games. He LOVES it and does it as a second job. You have to pass a test, but the hours are not bad, and it prepares you for marriage, i.e., you get used to always being yelled at and called wrong!

I used to ref, I wasn't that good. I'm better at yelling at the refs ;p
But it may have been the soccer moms that caused me to be distracted...

I'd have the neighborhood kid who throws bottles & rocks at our house & cars drawn & quartered by horses...In front of the OTHER neighborhood kids, so they get the point.

Gosh, this brings back un-fond memories of managing apartments many years back. There was a VERY disturbed kid that was about to get a "Come to God" chat with me. Very odd story - mom committed suicide, dad depressed with one leg much, much larger than the other - a heart attack waiting to happen. They (I'm not making this up) would gather freshly hit deer on the road - for their winter meat. They moved. I was relieved. Thanks for the walk down memory lane. Ugh!

I would change the time of my life when my mother had a nervous breakdown after her father's death and moved out leaving me (a 17 yr.old) to fend for myself. Having to drop out of school,get my GED,and 2 jobs to pay house note car note.
Very,very scary time in my life,but it did help me learn life lessons REALLY FAST-
Yeah, I'd change that, too, if I were you! Congrats on surviving it!

If I could change anything I would change how I earn a living. Right now I work full-time for a major retail company and pastor in my spare time. I would like to pastor ful-time so that I can use the gifts God has given me to help others. -
Well you can pastor while working in retail. No one said you had to be paid for it.

I would really like to change my love life. My heartbreaks and mess-ups make great writing material, but these setbacks kind of blow in real life. And not in a good way.;)-

If I could, I would of answered my dad's question: Should I use the money to invest in this business or buy a house. I would of told my dad "buy the house". It was dirt cheap in the 90's. An average home in San Francisco in the mid 90's was worth $100,000. Average home price for the type of house my dad wanted to buy is now worth $900,000. -
I would of have bought Google stock when the company went public in 2004 at a set price of $85 per share. As of Friday, the stock is at $536 per share. If I had bought 100 shares, my initial investment of $8500 is worth $53,600 today. -
Yea, stock buying. I got out of the Army in 1959, age 20, and had $800 saved. Instead of buying my first car, a 1956 Victoria Ford, I would have returned to my home state of Arkansas, looked up a grocery/stock store owner named Sam Walton, and asked if I could invest my $800 in any marketing ideas he might come up with. Then relive my life from that point on. See how it would differ.-

My body - I'd like to have the body my sisters have - size 2, with my DD boobs and four more inches on my frame. Somehow I ended up the shortest one with the biggest thighs AND the biggest boobs. LOL-
One of the things I wrote about in my book was how my wife's figure does the most amazing thing...whenever she puts on an extra pound or two, most of it goes right to her chest. No complaints about that!

LOL I am similarly blessed - and what's more, as I'm doing strenth training now, my waist and hips are shrinking, i'm gaining strength and keeping the big boobs. Given my talents in other areas, I never hear complaints about my body - it's my own hatred.

Hi dear You are correct. Love is the permanent thing on the earth including animals,insects,Trees and plants. This we observe in our Life as experience. No body can deny this. I strongly object a comment that is let us understand each other. For example if we love each other immensely than the very good understanding will come out as a result of it. Many people may say after understanding each other Love will be strong. this is a wrong concept. Even here the women can get exploited by the gentleman. what the society can do? Few from the society definitely try to add that women to their life pleasure. No body will come forward to clear the misunderstanding between that two who were in love earlier. So I strongly recommend Love is the first and final object in the world to get established between people. Than they must try create a strong understanding between them. Yes! This is in the hands of every women/girl/female/lady while they fall in love with a man. Than they have to make the person a gentleman in the society by keeping that person happy in all times.Women and man must understand that there is no difference in anotomy and in sex.As per the food and feeding the body blemish. thats all. I like to say one more matter from my observation. No animal is watching human sex life. but we watch,and do research in animal insects and plants sex life. we call it as Botany and animal sex. so we are animals.
we get respect until the air runs around the body regularly ,when it fails to come out or go in we call it as dead. I have noticed in the world even the big personalities death were also treated in the same way. all call and question is the dead body lifted to grave yard,burrial ground/cremation ground ,when they have plan to creamation are th question prevails in our human world,No body repond any question using the dead person name. even the king get the same treatment. no body will ask any question with a prefix of his/her name. this is the world. So The name is a representation to the secret air which gives real value to this body or The air carry the name of us and called as soul.We cannot see the soul when comes in or goes out in a human body. This is the secret. For that i do not say many women for a man or many men for a women to have sexual life may be few person in many crores and crores of people in this world.It will be in small fraction. Internet may publish many sites for sex but it can be counted. The same sex between a man and a women cannot be counted by any media. It is well known to God only. Sex is a part of Love. No lady or man are engaging in sex life for all the 24v hours. since we have noticing animal sex, we should accept for some reason God has decided to limit the sex power in human body. Animal for example Two dogs can enjoy the life for a long time. but human cannot. What we see are all magic. Nothing is real and nothing is Duplicate. If we come to concrete answer on this than on that day the world will not prevail. Lord jesus teached to Love each other. He strongly says Love is the base for all things in the world. It does not mean that Love means sex. Explaining Love is beyond limits of human power. It changes to person to person.

You will reply that it is not possible. why i tell this because every human is having many attractions ,ideas,plans in their love. everything differs in dealing the same matter love. You will reject my love on following reasons also. you will say that i am living far away.etc. so many reasons. this is for example i mentioned here Purely not disturb your mind thought. please excuse me i disturbed you & your attachment in Love .

A women is an angel and a man is a devil. Yes. she gives many birth as an angel.he creates a baby in her but endangering her life . until the delivery of the child she fears.but no women shows any sign of fear in their face with whom she tied up.Tie between a pair is so easy but releasing the knot of that tie is so difficult to a women. Above all a women is an angel to her partner . she gives the maximum happy including sexual life. For information women have will power or controlling power to make them to stay out of sex. But a man cannot. This is a weakness to a man. sex is a binding force between two. here Love starts its deep root.she accepts and admits all doings of a man in many situations so she is more than an angel.
What is your opinion? I strongly believe that you will not have any second opinion on this matters revealed here by me.
