LINDSAY LOHAN ARRESTED AGAIN?: AHHH, BUT I LOVED HER WARDROBE!

What do you guys make of this girl anyway? I think you guys on BC are very intelligent, so I would love a non-perezhilton discussion on why this girl is ruining her life and not seeing how succesful she can be. And what about the parenting and the siblings? Why was she aloud to drink underage without anyone doing anything? Where is the law in America nowadays!

It's the lure of Hollywood. It happened to Britney and Lindsey. These girls were role models until their parents sent them to Hollywood where the greedy movie and music producers got a hold of them, pumped them full of drugs and who knows what else.
I feel sorry for these young ones. I think parents of young disney stars should not see dollar signs when they look at their celebrity children. They should see them for who they really are. CHILDREN. -
She has everything, and received it at a very young age. No one has ever told her NO! Her mother loves the celebrity that surrounds her because she is the mother of the famous Lindsay and to be honest, her meal ticket.

I agree. And not some posh jail like Martha went into, but a serious jail for people in the "real world".. The deal with Hilton, sickened me. She shed a whole bunch of tears because she knew her money couldn't save her then... But eventually it did..
Very sad. I tell my children, the Hollywood life is just that... HOLLYWOOD. Those actors are not equipped to live in the real world. There's nothing glamorous about doping up on lots of drugs and driving drunk & high.

Because you are not realizing that its not about celebs, its about us and the world, the society and the government. Did you notice my main question was why was she allowed to drink undergae for 5 years straight. This has nothing to do with Lohan and everything to do with the non-democracy governement we live in where money and power controls everything because when I last checked, it was illegal to drink under 21 no? How do we feel about this happening to our own children some day. Clubs and hot spot leeting just anyone at any age in because of x y and z...............

I dont know if I agree with that purse but I do know that without celebs the everyday public wouldnt really see the moral social problems that face us everyday because it gets publicized so much in media that eventually peopl start to fight for whats right.....

Do I think there are stupid laws? Yes.
Stupid lawmakers? Definitely yes.
Stupid judges who interpret the stupid lawmakers' stupid laws? You gotta be kidding.

Not in Hollywood, maybe. Although there's some evidence that a few judges, at least, have had it with glitterati, and are starting to treat them like ordinary citizens.

Loh whatever her name is was never a role model. She was a child actor who has been pampered. She is noncontributory in my life or thoughts.
I personally care little about the popular culture of this country in regard to celebrity and barely knew who she was, although I knew her name I just could never place her face, until recently.
I personally think that drunk drivers, or drunk dopers, should have their licenses revoked for a minimum of two years. Cars are lethal weapons and if you can't stay home and imbibe you need your license taken away, if that doesn't work you need to be incarcerated to protect others.
Kids are drinking at very young ages, kids with parents who don't watch them, kids who have family problems or no family. That of course en eds to be tackled as factually the younger you are when you start to drink the more likely you will become dependent.
