Looking for an upload script. Can someone help?

Hey all you wonderful people!
Wonder if anyone can help me with this:
I'm looking for a script or a plugin that would allow my visitors to upload files, their name, email, website URL and a message from a page on my blog.
The files would go to a folder on my site's server, and I'd get an automatic email about the upload. I then log into my server and pick up the images to publish on my blog. My site is running on a Linux server; so ASP/MS Access will not work.
My blogs are running on WordPress.
Of course I'd love freeware, but I wouldn't mind paying for a really good program. I've searched the Internet quite a bit (means lots), but couldn't find anything very close to I have in mind.
If you guys know of any site from where I can download the script/plugin, please do let me know. It will be highly appreciated 
PS: What I'm looking for is typically something like this:
dropbox.yousendit.com/AdsoftheWorld
Of course I can buy the above DropBox, but it's not a one-time purchase; they charge an 'outrageous' $30 per month.

Thanks PetLvr... yeah my final pictures page could appear something like that.
I saw your interface for uploading, and it's only for uploading files. What if you want the visitor to send in additonal info like name, email, website, comment, etc.?
Do you also get an automatic email when someone uploads an image?

Zakman .. all pictures on my site gets uploaded to "awaiting_review" folder I created and it stays there indefinitely until the person who uploaded me that picture EMAILS me and lets me know a picture was sent, and what the contents were. It's all spelled out on another page that I have a dedicated page for uploading pictures to me.
Then, once in a while I just FTP the files over to my computer, do an additional virus scan on the files and then upload them to the photo gallery - at least, that was the plan.
There are wordpress plugins for contact forms etc that you can consider instead of email notification. But, "K.I.S.S." method was my motivation to just let tell people to get them to inform me - then getting fancier and fancier finding that perfect script.

C'mon, go ahead and upload your favorite celeb pics... they will be
published along with your name and your blog URL on 'Your Celebrity Page'
