Hi,

I want to do a future article on " Family Friendly" vacations spots.

Do you have any information that would be useful?
Any suggestions?

The Outer Banks (aka barrier islands) of NC. Very beautiful, full of history, and not terribly crowded and the people who are there are mostly families. I vacation there a lot.

    You sure can't!

My son may be going this summer with my sister. I'm sure he will have a blast!

Another suggestion, Seabrook Island, SC. Kind of upscale, family destination near the Gullah island of Kiawah.

I remember that show. It had Binya Binya, the creepy gigantic frog or whatever it was supposed to be.

Yikes, that's an 11 hr drive from PA.

I wonder if my 3, 4, and 6 year old could bear being in the car that long.
Even if we made pit stops, it might be too much for their first trip.

Then again if we drive over night, we might have a chance.
Both me and hubby are night owls, so it should be okay.
