I got a comment today about how my article on free images for blogs may help fellow bloggers and realized I should share, so I am.

Basically no royalty FREE images to add to your blog. Pictures say a million words so add one.

Me too. But I don't see anything in the Standard restrictions apply agreement wherein you are required to credit the uploader/photographer (except if otherwise specified).

Though I admit that I haven't been practicing this:
You also agree to take the time to comment on and rate the Image you downloaded and do your best to show the work you created with the Image to the photographer. This is a simple thing and means a lot to many of our contributors who simply would like to know how their work is used.

    I use one more site:
    123 Royalty Free - www.123rf.com/

Gabo, yes I actually used some of the photograph for the now debunked photoblog and I always made sure I left a comment with the link where I used it.. and rated it too.. some of the photographers are SO talented and they were basically giving it away for free use.

Oh, I see. That's why it has become my primary source of RF images. The TOS are definitely fair from a downloader's point of view.
