   i love cashews and eat them almost daily... they are a bit more expensive than some others, but more flavorful, in my opinion. also a good source of protein, magnesium & iron

      I mention that because I recently posted about my exploits in a nursing home and feel that my experience was somewhat relevant. Of course, I was let down when he mentioned "almonds".
