Yes and No. When I finally got a cheque from them it wasn't for the amount I was expecting. They took 10% off for "no reason". I went to their website and the fine print said that they would take from 10% up to 90%?? (I can't remember) off depending on how much risk they felt they were incurring. I felt this was B.S. No one can run a business this way.
That and the fact that ALL of the pitch landing pages have a certain style about them designed to maximize conversion rate. After a while this style of pitch becomes irritating. I suspect this used to work but once you have seen it a dozen times it speaks out "this is a scam".
I also heard on a Blog Catalog post that they don't give you the revenues when a customer buys via PayPal. i don't know whether this is true or not.
My two cents worth is don't bother with it. You MAY be able to make a little money but you are selling your soul to the devil doing so. And some products are out and out scams

i got clickbank and really dont make any money with it. Their QC isn't very good. I rather concentrate on good blog post and look for sponsorships and reviews revenue.

Basically, similar to @blogonsmog's story .. I signed up a while ago when it was $100 threshold minimum. Sold about umm... $90? around XMAS. I didn't do anything until next XMAS when I went into the account, and they were deducting a flat 10% um.... or about that each month for being 'idle' - and zeroe'd out my entire commissions earned. I'm sure there's more to it on my post (can't access it right now)...
