What kind of design would you think will increase Adsense CTR ?

Ads that blend into the website stile.
OR
Ads that stand out from the rest of the website.

I have 2 styles on my blog. here: themarketingeffect.blogspot.com

Which would you think would be more attractive ?

for me, blending it and putting it inside the content. make it look like a menu so people will click what they are hoping to find thats the best way for me..

I think the link ads are better. It's the only ad I've ever clicked, and only because I didn't know they were ads till it was too late.
