Lets's talk about cheese. I got inspired after remembering that a friend made a lasagna made of Parmesan cheese imported all the way from Italy and he said it's as big as a bike's wheels.Blue cheese was an acquired taste and now i am hooked t it. What about you? What's your favorite cheese?

I love cheese! Mozzarella is great in sandwiches, on pizza, and with tomato and basil in a Caprese. I also like Edam and smoked Gouda, and thin slices of Halloumi fried in a bit of butter. Feta is great too, but I think I prefer the milder Danish kind over the stronger tasting Greek kind.

    And Brie!

I love cheese too! Last night, my husband made us a tomato salad (from the farmstand down the street)with basil, thinly sliced vidalia (sweet) onions, fresh mozzarella, and with balsamic vinegar and EVOO drizzled on top. It was so good! He also does a variation when he uses blue cheese crumbles for this same salad.

And who can resist a wonderful slice of New York pizza with all that yummy, melty cheese!

    Cheese rocks!

My favorite kinds are: brie, blue cheese, camembert, mozzarella, aged gouda, sharp cheddar--oh forget it! I love them all. Except that limburger cheese which smells like dirty feet!

Whole milk mozzarella, montery jack, the list goes on and on. I do not like blue cheese all that much but will eat it if not in salad dressing form.

I agree with Rainhat, I'm more fond of the mild flavor cheeses. Give me good fresh Mexican cheese and I'm happy. I also like Oaxaca (this one is a string cheese), Chihuahua (almost like Mozzarella), real Mozzarella, Pepper Jack, hmmm I'm hungry now.

I love feta in my salad, raclette for fondue and chaumes for sandwich. My husband buys me, once in awhile Red Leicester, it's really good and sometimes I use it for topping in Lasagna. Gorgonzola is great for making cheese sauce for pasta. I love cheese!!

lately Ive been hooked on this chipotle cheddar I found in the supermarket the other day. I also like brie, camambert, quesillo (which is our cheese for melting in Honduras) and a nice parmesan.

Well, I'd say that the stinkier the better. I love Roquefort and strong goat cheeses.
