Has anybody ever met anybody of the opposite sex on Myspace,Facebook,Friendster,Okrut,Bebo,Twitter,Tagged,Hot or Not,Match.Com,Yahoo,and etc?

I have met many guys on social sites. Don't date any of them but have met many people. I haven't met too many people on myspace as if I don't really know you (in real life) then you probably won't be my friend on myspace. Facebook I am friends with a lot of people I don't know but typically the ones I don't know are fellow stock traders. -
I havent actually met anybody but I was talking to this person awhile ago whos profile was female lalala good picture and that. To cut a gross story short by the end of the convo old matey turns round and says " sorry but im actually a guy" now im very glad i found this stuff out before anything could go anywhere but it just goes to show you cant go with just pictures and that alone. Some people are so dodge. So if you planning to meet anybody mate then just make sure they are who they say they are, cus the last thing you want is to be introduced to frank and beans when you meet with them haha. So yeah make a phone call before hand at least then you can almost determine gender.... -
My ex married some phyco off of eharmony. Her ex moved three states away from her and got a restraining order for his kids against her. So I guess she qualifies as a physco. My daughter cant be around her. But no one will let us know what she did. Still looking into it.
Oh and I dated someone off that online dating site too. I dumped him when he threw a fit about my truck sound system sounding better than his after he spent $1000 on his. He actually left crying. I didnt let him come back. -
I met a few people back in NY who were a part of this anime site. That was about seven years ago. They lived in New York City as well and ended up being good friends. My current partner I met through World of Warcraft online. Series of events led us to talking and about nine months later after lots of talking, I flew to Australia to stay with him for a month (and my first trip outside the country). Still with him almost three years later. I didn't actually do any searching for people online though, or ever intended to meet any of the people I did. My sister has tried the online dating stuff, to no avail yet. According to her, she gets a lot of old buggers poking her lol. -
I've met people from chat rooms. I'm very happily married to one now. -
