      I believe that is a very good possibility. Without millions of dollars, most companies really can't compete with them.

      As I see it that has always been Yahoo and Microsoft's goal. Now that they've combined forces it'll be interesting to see if that has a synergistic effect. I'm not holding my breath. If anything, I see this as an incentive for Google to step up their game. Their efforts can now be targeted predominantly at one entity - Microhoo. I think the acute competition will be good for web searchers, advertisers, and publishers alike. Looking forward to it.
