Today, in an addiction to broaden my blog scope, I include the new section for blog stuffs such as blogger templates and widgets. and for this new category... announcing what I found... the most complete and highly customizable blogger template to date called Bmagazine. Take a look.
***Contain almost everyting (readily pre-installed) you need for your blog including multi level drop down menu, subnavbar, 3 column, go to top and go to down botton, day and date widget, social bookmarks icon, automatic read more feature for blog post and else you want it to be. Highly customisable (and maybe little bit complicated).

can you teach me how to make those dropdown menu? I already have my menu but only limit on that, further need maybe for nice description cloud or grapically nice drop down/next menu on mouseover. -
