Most Students Are Lazy

The UK Government want Universities to provide better value and better student experiences. This is fine if students are engaged. When they are not they ruin the experience for committed students university staff and tutors. The ability to 'sack' a student should be an entitlement for university staff.

So that means students can behave how they like and universty staff can't?
I think students should forfeit their fees if they don't participate. Behaviorual Economics seems a good model.
