My Article Directory Project

Hi everybody,
i have been working in e-commerce group as web developer manager for 3 years and im developing an article directory project in Turkey.im writing now articles for dokumanarsivi.com
(dokumanarsivi.com means articlearchieve.com)

whatever,its a new market for turkey,we have not any article directory and article source.im developing our articles from a turkish video pages.This pages working with expert about many differant subject.

My Questions:

*im writing text from video content for my blog.(is it legal? is same video streaming and text for legal procedure?)

*Which money model suggesting you to me for this project? (adsense,content based affiliate...)

im waiting all suggestions from you.

If you are writing content from someone else's video, it's copyright violation, I think

hmm maybe im not sure.

then if i write video authors name in the article.(like author: Elaine) without link.

is it a solution for copyright violation?

  I ran an article directory for more than a year before shutting it down. This is one of the hardest sites to get going and maintain traffic. You need to dedicate yourself to this project alone and forget about any other kind of work. It would be easier selling door to door porn than it is to get an article directory going and make it profitable.

and how way do you prefer to me for making money?

and other strategies what is most important in article directory project for you?

on your article directory look unto others what they did and do the same.
most article directory make use of adsense so i will rather prefer adsense for you as your source of income

actually people get paid for doing this. It is called transcription service. Someone listens to a video and transcribes the audio as text. Also describing the content of the video. In building the next generation of search engines for text and video, this is the necessary first step. I dont think this is copyright violation. In fact it is welcome.
