My blog and email account have been compromised

I have been very busy and stopped blogging for a while. I tried to use my gmail account which was for my blog www.jesieblogjourney.com but it has been compromised.
Now I can't access my gmail account and thus denied access to my blog. Someone has stolen the blog and put it up for sale as well.
My travel blog is okay.
I look forward to any help or advice you can render.

Is it self hosted or a blogger blog with a domain name?
IF it's self hosted your host should take care of it if it's blogger, I'm not sure what to tell you but to write blogger and google. -
My webhosting service was godaddy which I purchased (actually switched) from blogger platform to paid domain through google.
I have written to google but they are not able to help me as yet. The answers to their questions are on my stolen gmail account.
