My Blog's Thumbshot on Blog Catalog

Was your blog not completely loaded when Blog Catalog recorded the thumbshot?
When you look at my profile, you'll see I have the left sidebar and header/banner displaying, but nothing else.
What can be done? I've already contacted Blog Catalog about this and stated that I felt it was hurting clicks/conversions to my blog due to the obscure thumbshot display.

You can only update your thumbshot once every two weeks. Recently updated too.
Still the same problem.

Thumbshot needs reloading. Noticed a bunch of thumbshots in directory for books were blank.
