I like the colors, the off white background could be a little darker to give a bit more contrast to the content area.
In general the one right and one left sidebars is pretty old school and limits the ability to use some of the wider graphics and display ad blocks that have become popular recently. It does mesh better with alot of existing non-blog websites though.
in wordpress 2.6 the right sidebar widgets do not show up in the dashboard and can not be removed. When I added one the original ones all disappeared.
For me the default font set is a little small.
The comment text box could also use some color to help define the boundaries.
I like the block quotes you are using.
The 3 subscribe tabs take up alot of valuable real estate and it is also in the meta data block,
The top menu tabs might be better if floated left under the logo space.
There is not much space between the sidebar and content areas I think putting some background color in the side bars might help.
The search box could use something to highlight it graphically. perhaps something subtle like the search box under the ads here www.cookingsalmon.net/
I have installed it on one of my new blogs that I am just working on now.

I have more than 4 pages so the top of page nav tabs drop below the content area and are not visible. At a minimum should be able to select what pages show in nav or maybe change the logo so the nav tabs can stretch across the width of the page or wrap to a second line.

I made some of the changes I mentioned. the header logo is just a place holder for now and I am not happy about the sidebar background, would like a way to take it all the way to the bottom sidebar.
The top tabs not floating left in IE7. I figured out how to exclude unwanted pages in the tabs.
www.massagers101.com is the site I am working on. -
the tabs in your IE7 brower - is that on your site or on my www.massagers101.com Top tabs still algin to the right in IE7 on my site for me. uploads.screenshot-program.com/my.php?image=upl8826748029.jpg
also the search box at top is cut off if you shrink the browser view port in Firefox and IE7 here is a picture of your site uploads.screenshot-program.com/my.php?image=upl6727876239.jpg -
Well I am through with this for a while. If you find a fix for either of these issues let me know.
I am thinking I may need a drop down menu with the tabs on the top before I take the site into production. Adding that to your theme is more than I can take on right now. I will probably need a top menu that is functionally like the one on my pain relief site. www.painrelief101.com but with tabs for the top level menu. -
