My Wordpress blog disappeared Please Help!!!!

I am fairly new to using wordpress blogs. Recently I just upgraded my blog to wordpress 2.8 and the while updating some plugins, I saw a buddypress installation plugin. I unknowing clicked activate button and now my whole blog and the wp-admin panel is gone. HELP!!!

    Did you back up your blog before you installed the new version?

    Delete the buddypress plugin that is for WPMU only. It will be alright
