The Bug is back in town BCer's... well it's not been that long really.

Any how...

On the site i have a series called

'Killer Foods for Fitness'

This series is a little different than normal posts as it includes foods tried and recommended by others, not just myself.

With the help of Mr TCinvestor from blog catalog, it changed into super food combination's from around the world - which is, how to choose the best type of food

e.g The best type of milk
The best kind of beans

And then to combine them with other foods as a meal.

e.g Brown Rice and Black Beans
Peanut Butter and Jam/Jelly Sandwich

I'm now to write part 3 soon, but it would be great to know what everyone here at BC has tried over the years. (See Killer foods for fitness part 1 and 2 to get an idea, and so you know what foods I've already covered)
