Need help for my father's elevated creatinine levels

Ok, I tried to search the discussion threads and found no discussion about elevated creatinine levels in the blood.
Short story, my father was (is) a diabetic, though his blood sugar levels are now controlled. He still has hypertension, retinopathy, heart disease, and more recently he has developed Chronic Kidney Disease. His creatinine blood levels have been 16x the normal (it was 1600+ mmol/g this morning, while the normal is only at 100 mmol/g.
Doctors are advising hemodialysis (he has a ready arterio-venous fistula on his left arm), but we wouldn't want him to undergo such procedure as we cannot afford it...
He has underwent laser chelation therapy, is drinking oxygenated water, have tried eating mallard duck egg whites, and had went on a wholistic healing session with Biovitale.
Up until last month, his creatinine levels have dropped to 900 mmol/g but had abruptly increase again last week.
I am seeking help from someone who can help us find a natural alternative to help lower his creatinine levels to that of current levels. His nephrologist has been pushing us to have him undergo dialysis for the past 6 months, but we simply cannot afford this expensive treatment.
As he is a diabetic, we're not sure if kidney transplant will be able to help alleviate this, but before we further explore this option, I am wondering if we have BC friends who have or know someone who has successfully overcome lowering their creatinine levels without undergoing dialysis.
MY apologies for the long post, as I had wanted to make sure I have given a clear picture of my father's situation.
Any help/tips/suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Holy moley.
I think the best course of action, would be to contact your/his doctor directly. I don't know if I'd ask for advice concerning serious health issues/concerns online from a bunch of strangers.
Perhaps read up here: www.medscape.com/viewarticle/413851
Then a call to your physician for recommended reading and/or possible suggestions on management strategies?
