NEED HELP! Someone hacked my blog

Hello BC members,
I need a help from you,
Last week I noticed that some scripts are loading in my blog, but I didn't take it serious.
But now sometimes my blog is getting redirected to some sites which contains full of ads. At least 5 sites are loaded when my blog is loading.
I think someone hacked my blog. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW??

Download wordpress exploit scanner plugin and do a scan of your blog. Also download and install wordpress fierwall plugin which will stop it in future..-

If someone hacked your blog, you either (1) have quite the stalker or (2) are creating a big enough buzz such that someone idiot cared enough to hack your blog. If it's number (2), congrats! Because it means you've arrived. -

You can use any hacker service. Do you have any experience with this problem before. BTW once unhacked, you need a specialist

Could be wrong, but after looking at your script code it shows that some of your links to your List Top Twitter Celebrities are corrupt and redirecting incorrectly.
Click on the Twitter link "Elijah Wood" for example, this could be possibly causing the problems. Get yourself a plug in called Broken link checker or get rid of those Twitter links.
I noticed also you posted List of Top Twitter Celebrities on 9th Nov, did you have this problem before this date?
I don't think you've been hacked, I think your links have been though.
Also maybe try changing that Twitter post from "Post" To "Draft" as to temporarily get it of Air, and see if you have any probs.

Anyway Now the problem solved as I changed my blog theme, Updated the wordpres script, installed Firewall plugins etc.
Now all are working Well!
