That is one of the worst pieces of rubbish I've seen concerning SEO in a very long time. If that's their idea of SEO then do yourself a favour and save your money for all the good it will do.

some points are relevant some points are wierd point 11 and 12 contradict themselves

there can be a lot more added to this, but there is no better seo that quality content

@ achuna u cant have individual meta tags for every page in blogger u can have a meta tag, meta keywords and meta description that will be applied to the whole blog

achuna >> Yes, You can write meta tag on your blogger blog. First login your blogger account and go to leyout section. There you can find "Edit HTML" sub tab. Click on "Edit HTML" button and you will get the source code of your blog template. There you put your meta tags after code.

Got it . Thanks for adding something to my bookmarks again. People may not know this but colors actually play a vital role on the whole performance of your site. Some colors are associated with different niches, and effective use of this will be pleasing more viewers. Like green and white for nature and health care or exercise... re dand green for casino sites.. and so on.

2, You have to keep similar file which are used to find you on internet
3, you have to use CSS to give attractive looks for web pages
