New Age Music and XM Radio

Every so often I get up early and have some time to myself without my kids running the house. I have found XM sattelite radio on my TV has a great channel called "The SPA - New Age." As I pour my coffee and open up my book, it's a great way to focus for my day. Anyone else listen to music in the morning? Doesn't have to be New Age, I listen to all kinds.
