New Logo for Wavumi (inspired by BlogRush)

Dear All,

I am not a designer :-/ Thus, even if it is not really in line with my philosophy, I "need to copy" the design of an existing site in order to improve the design of Wavumi... Recently, I have been quite impressed by the success of BlogRush, so I will get some "inspiration" from it ;-)
Do you think this is OK?

I don't know what format you're working in but you might be better to work in another format like psd or even a png if you've got firworks, then shrink it to size, when you are finished editing, export as a gif. I think you might be working in jpg, which isn't a great place to start.
