   Overall I like the layout very much.
   
   1) I don't feel that the header matches the rest of the site.
   
   2) You've got a lot of words that are randomly capitalized, and considering you're a weight loss blog, you should at least know that you don't "loose" weight, you "lose" it.

   Just a tip--really watch Lose and Loose. All over the place, you have written loosing weight and it is LOSING weight. You don't loose weight, you lose weight.
   
   I get really irritated when I see these kinds of errors on blogs--sorry--but I do.
   
   I also don't like the ads on the header--I don't feel that is the place for ads.
   
   I do think your site looks clean and neat and you don't have a lot of needless widgets cluttering the place up. I liked the fact that it loaded easily and was well organized and easy on the eyes.
