New Site Design...Can I Get Your Opinion?

You can find the link from my profile. I went for a cleaner, brighter look, something a bit more modern, and hopefully, more readable.

Anything you think needs changing? Something the design is lacking?

Your site is a little stark for me. I wanted to see a large banner that did not blend in with the content of the blog.

I love the large font! I take issue with blogs with tiny font and overpowering backgrounds. Clean and simple.

I really enjoyed the content. The poem about everlasting love in the face of a zombie apocalypse really cracked me up. I want a man who will love me enough to crush the undead.

I got into your site and wrote a comment and the servers went down.
I like the new design. It's very clean, easy to read and accessibility is not an issue. My two cents worth is that if and when you put widgets in your sidebar it would be nice if you picked up the same gold color that's the line at the bottom of the header. Well done!

  I probably won't put many widgets in the sidebar. I'm trying to keep the sidebar as minimal as possible. I'm thinking maybe a Popular Posts listing, and maybe a poll of some sort.
