New Template Review, Please

I'd love some feedback from folks on the brand-spanking-new template for my music blog. I grabbed it on a whim today and have been fiddling with it for a couple of hours. I decided to put it out there and would really like to hear what some of you think. I'm not going to drop the link here, but if you'll click on my shoes it's The Not-Pop Jukebox that's been updated. I like it! The graphic at the top is cool and the site is easy to read and look at in general; not too fussy. I like the mix of posts and media. Looks good!

Not really a fan of the new look it's quite off centre and very "white"
if you could shift it right it would be better but I prefer your last template.

  I wonder if I could do that. I'll have to take a peek at the template. I was actually just thinking of making the content wrapper wider, which would help to emphasize that column and not the dark sidebar. I'll fiddle with it.

I cleaned out a bunch of the white space and changed font sizes and padding to make it less obnoxious. Anyone else willing to take a peek and let me know what you think?

I like the new look, but is there any chance the 'home' tabs etc could be more defined and in one line?

  Erm, I nuked the record player and went with a glossier, updated version of my old template (blue circles, essentially, but on white this time). Which version did you catch? The tabs should all be on one line with the title, now. That's how they look on my screen, anyway.

Everyone Taste is different. But it not a good design.

the graphic in the post wrapper is ugly and it will only load the page slow. Short of black box
