I have been enjoying creating daily art blog entries, but I am not sure if there is really an audience for what I am doing.
Any suggestions on what I should do to connect with viewers? I have not been promoting my blog at all yet. Thanks for any help you can lend!

Check out laketrees.blogspot.com
she also runs "Top Artist Directory" topartistsdirectory.blogspot.
She updates it monthly.
You can look through the blogs of art and see what is out there and what others are doing. -
Thank you, Radio! That is a good idea. I love your blog, by the way.
Thank you, Jules! I just commented on both of your blogs. Those birds are amazing! -
Try leaving comments on other art blogs. They may decide to visit yours as well. Here's a good place to start:

I like the lightness, quirkiness and simpleness of your works, a blog worth promoting indeed. If you believe you have a beautiful blog, why not promote it as much as possible for others to see your works?

I don't know about suggestions for connecting with viewers - you did a pretty good job of reaching out, with this discussion thread.
I'd say a lot depends on what you mean by "connecting with viewers" - if you're looking for numerous comments, asking questions might help. I'm definitely no expert on that sort of thing, though.
Thanks for starting this thread, BTW - I did a micro-review of your blog on Apathetic Lemming of the North ( apatheticlemming.blogspot.com/ ). It's scheduled to publish in about eight hours. (One less thing for me to do tomorrow.
Nice artwork! And - "Your inner weasel"?! -
Yay! Thanks so much for all the help. Thank you, Norski for the write up, too! That was nice of you. You pose a good question, what do I mean connect? I guess what I mean is that I amuse myself in my head all day long and do not really need to do it online. With pictures. So if there was no audience for what I am doing, no one wanting to read it, then I would not bother, you know? But you guys have encouraged me to keep putting the word out and trying to connect with people. Yay.
Thanks again!
