At least I think this idea is quite "new", well, start by going to "ogran.co.uk". Once there, in the sidebar click "Random Link Machine".
I've just thrown up a simple javascript button that will visit listed blogs when clicked.
Hopefully, if more people submit their sites there, then the list will increase: And so will the people visiting the sites.
