New World Order (NWO) - Fact or Fiction?

Do you believe the NWO is a conspiracy?, or is there some truth to the fact that our governments have hidden agendas.
Is the NWO simply part of globalization, or are we moving towards an Orwellian police state!
If you're not convinced, perhaps the following links may change your mind.
- Australia to implement mandatory internet censorship
- tinyurl.com/5k7e96
- In the UK, Big Brother police to get 'war-time' power to demand ID in the street - on pain of sending you to jail

Would you be happy to have a RFID passport, mandatory ID card, chip implant, or your internet censored?
Your thoughts are most welcome.

Say no more. Hulk Hogan always did have that alien look about him. Perhaps he is also a reptile like the Queen and Bush.
I say these things, because I can... Before it's to late, and we no longer have the freedom of speech. I wonder if the sheeple even care! -
I couldn't agree with you more.
Perhaps anarchy is the only solution to the problem. However, we live in a dumbed down, barcode society, where people are taught not to think. So there is little chance of a mutiny.
Time will tell I guess. Sad truth is that the average sheeple, will come to realize they've lost most of their civil liberties when it's too late to act.-
No no no, anarchy is not the only way. If you want a quick "fix" at a terrible cost, perhaps, but it is not a true solution. i say "fix" because it would only solve one problem or one side of one problem. You can never stamp out injustice with unfairness, ever. The solutions lie within all of us. It all comes down to our everyday decisions. We are all connected, we all feed off of each other. Love is the real answer. If everybody loved, we would all be watching out for each other, and we would all be wanting others to be happy. After all, aren't you happy when you're making others happy?

My son is really into government conspiracy theories. He believes in it with all his heart. I don't know. Some of the things he's shown me are quite chilling.
-
The important exercise here is to try and disseminate fact from fiction. The phrase 'conspiracy theory' makes the whole subject seem like some made up nonsense.
The more people read, and educate themselves on the alternative agendas our governments have in store for us, then the more power we will have to fight back at them, when the time comes.
@lisamcglaun. Listen to what your son has to say, and then go off and research for yourself. Only then can you decide for yourself, if the conspiracies have any validity.

New World Order is an idea not a group of people. It was started as a concept of the League of Nations by Woodrow Wilson. This concept was originally designed to end war after World War I. It led to World War II, the biggest war of this century.
It was a miserable failure. Now Bush tried to resurrect the idea of a "New World Order" and we are involved in the "war on terror". It is repeat performance of a philosophical disaster. -
Excellent discussion question and the answer is definitely....FACT.
I wrote an article for a local paper a few years ago about the Council on Foreign Relations, Bilderbergers and the Trilateral Commission that I think you will find very informative on the subject.
The article link on my blog is: www.pecoskid.com/my-writings/ -
Bilderbergers and the Trilateral Commission, I was waiting for somebody to mention these folk.
I guess anybody who thinks the NWO is fiction (be it a group of people or a concept), then the proof certainly is in the pudding. @michael - you're post is a great read and very informative.
PS The phrase "War on Terror" disgusts me. It is purely a marketing ploy, a phrase which has been coined by our governments as a way of brain washing the masses into submission and ultimately a method of eroding away our civil liberties.
Then we have 911 and the NWO... -
All society is conspiracy, whether it be for good or bad.
The issue is actually whether a hidden evil conspiracy exists as occult cabals with extensive political power and the desire to inflict any means to obtain total control. I don't buy this idea. Occult groups I've known are too schismatic to broker that kind of power. According to a few of these, I'm supposed to be one of the descendants of Jesus of Nazareth and Mary Magdalene because I'm a Stuart by birth. You can imagine the lunacy I have been hit with because of these kinds of Biaget-following louts. Puhleeze!
Trilateralists are pretty open about what they do in their meetings and even publish their findings, so I wouldn't look at them as examples, even if they consist of international members.
Bilderbergs are the only group that might just qualify. But perhaps they are so secretive precisely because they are high-profile people who are having a good time and don't want paparazzi. Peter Jennings was a Bilderberger. Nobody looked at him as an evil conspirator. But it would make sense that political and financial leaders get together from time to time. That doesn't make them a cabal.
I worry more about the long-term effects of the past administration whose policies of the "War on Terror" and history thereof remind me too much of Hitler's own justifications.
Now if you will excuse me, I have my rites to do for the night... -

There is absolutely no evidence out there, anywhere, authenticating that life should be taken seriously.
As long as we have our Wednesay night poker, Friday night BBQ cookouts after bowling, Saturday golf, and Sunday afternoon couch- potato football, who needs more? -
the new world order is a bunch of nonsense that tinfoil hat wearing nuts believe in.
the first five new order albums have been re-issued by rhino records in 2 cd editions with loads of bonus tracks.
i used to be a big new order fan, so that's pretty cool.-
@loverofjazz
I suggest you read up on the subject a bit more. Baahhh. You state 'tin foil hat' nuts - hmmm. I call people of your mindset - sheeple.
You believe whatever the mass media feeds to you.
You haven't taken the time or effort to research the subject matter.
New World Order - Global conspiracy on the Elite
New Order - A music band
There's a difference.

If there was a NWO conspiracy , what could you do about it?
It's interesting that you mention this Australian issue
Authenticated Browsing will be the standard soon for everyone.
Get yourself a Verichip, they are not as tasty as Corn Chip though. -
-
authenticated browsing = the person using the computer cannot access the Internet without logging on using their real identity. That's what I call it because it's the term used in my work environment, it could end up with any name.
It's used in a number of educational environments and no doubt will spread to other areas.

It is my sworn duty as a ranking member of the most secret society in the world (name redacted) to assure you that there is no conspiracy, NWO, Trilateral Commission, or even hidden agendas in the government. Now I'll just stroke my white Persian cat for a moment, then get back to work.
-
Authenticated browsing is a good thing: it will help the authorities identify sexual predators, fraudsters, spammers, and other people who use the lack of oversight on the net to prey on the rest of us. I don't think it will affect our ability to remain anonymous to each other unless we do something that causes the authorities to get involved, like bullying or threatening someone, luring kids into dangerous situations, or putting up Nigerian scam letters.
IDs? Sorry, but I think the paranoia about having a national ID is just that: paranoia. I live in South Africa...national IDs here have been the norm for decades. Nobody thinks anything of it. The national ID reduces ID fraud and helps pinpoint illegal aliens...you must have such an ID to get a job and a host of other things. It is convenient for situations in which ID is required, like getting on a plane, getting a home loan or a driver's license etc. It also proves you are 18...drinking age...because you can't get one until you are 18. It is not an invasion of privacy any more than a driver's license used for ID is, and if you are convicted of a crime in the Mpumalanga province, when your ID number is run by the police in the Western Cape (across country), your criminal record will show up on the search, based on your ID number. So, unless you have something to hide, what's the problem with a national ID? And, if carrying the ID around is a burden (they can get lost or stolen, after all), why not have it implanted as a chip? Does it matter if you carry it in your pocket or in a tiny chip implanted under your skin?
I think the idea of a New World Order as the result of a conspiracy of world governments is absolutely ludicrous...laughable in the extreme. We are still too contentious, selfish, and greedy to come together in a single governmental entity. And for what purpose? Alliances are made for reasons: there are economic alliances (EU), there are wartime alliances (the Axis) there are religious alliances (Holy Roman Empire), but they all came together for a purpose: Us against Them. So, if all of the world governments come together, who it the Them for, whom/what they have allied themselves? Yah, I know there's a lot of supporting "evidence" on the internet...ever occur to you that they are posted by the same kinds of nutcases who are abducted by aliens or who talk to fairies? Just because it is on the internet...just because there are thousands of "supporting" documents on the internet...doesn't make it true!
New World Order? Nah...we have a long, long way to go before we become trusting enough to be willing to have a Muslim run the world we live in and call the desperately poor and hungry of different colours and religions our equals...and when will we become selfless enough to agree to equalize our economies so that rich nations are taxed mercilessly to feed the poor ones?
It ain't gonna happen.-
I agree with acoustic, you have written a well structured reply SweetViolet. However, I'm afraid I disagree with you on most of your points.
First off, authenticated browsing is wrong in every way. Identifying sex offenders will not be achieved by 'tagging' our use of the internet. Sexual predators, 'terrorists' and the such like will easily find ways around the system. Which means the other 99.9% of internet users will suffer by having their liberties taken away from them. How dare someone tell me what I can and can't look at on the internet. If I want to look at something illegal, then that is my prerogative, and I fully accept the consequences.
I suggest you check out Aaron Russo's - Freedom to Fascism. A great video which foes some way towards explaining how the Federal Reserve/NWO operate.
One more point. I find the concept of a national ID card, chip implant, authenticated browsing abhorrent. The day these things come to fruition in the UK, is the day I pack up my bags and go live on a beach somewhere and take JackPayne's advice.
"People should not be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their people." Quote from film - V for Vendetta
-
Chips, IDs, and other government controls are so easy to circumvent that making them a part of life does little for the gov't. Though the film "V for Vendetta" doesn't go into details, it's trivial to block an RFID signal (as from a passport), or disable a GPS locator in a cell phone or car. The same goes for browsing or other online activities.
The quote is also found in Michael Moore's film "Sicko", while interviewing American expats in France. Lots of sources for that line, because it's a good one, much like Cicero's "who watches the watchmen?" line.
Finally, the gov't wouldn't do all this stuff if they weren't afraid of the people It's clear they are. They want control and can see it slipping away bit by bit (or byte by byte if you prefer). -
Well the Financial times certainly believes it will happen, they must be "conspiracy theorists"

Superb stuff, the truth seekers are gathering pace now. Bring it on. We could bring into the arena; the North American Union and FEMA camps, war on terror, as these are intrinsically linked to the NWO.
At what point will people stand up and say enough is enough.
Here's a couple of great quotes from Charlton Heston: -
- "You who inherit the heavy privilege to serve in freedom's name. You who must brace for battle surely to come."
- "I'll give you my gun when you take it from my cold, dead hands!"

Presently there is in Europe called the 'Brussels Beast'
and 'Beast 666' – a supercomputer allegedly based in Brussels that collects personal data
on all European Union citizens and it's just a matter of time until it goes global, if it hasn't already.
