"EL PASO, Texas – What do you call a high-five that misses? Many would just call it awkward, but an El Paso school principal calls it assault. The misfire came last week when schools superintendent Lorenzo Garcia was giving principals high-fives while celebrating state test scores. When Garcia came to Barron Elementary School principal Mary Helen Lechuga and she didn't raise her hand, he tapped her on the head instead.
But Lechuga — a former district administrator who was recently demoted — filed a police complaint saying she felt pain and feared what he might do next."

YIKES... what is the world coming to?
That's freaking stupid... Wonder if she was just sitting there seething about her demotion - and decided the best way to get that sucker back... Was to.... UHM.... LIE - and get him arrested?
Hmmmm?
Can't say it DOESN'T HAPPEN all the time - Cause I know for a fact it does.
What an evil witch - wonder if she will ever admit that it was a LIE?
Cause some people have gonads enough to admit it when they lie - wonder if this wicked witch will? -
What a freakin' moron. I hope a judge giver her a good lecture on abusing the legal system to take out personal grudges and then kicks her butt out of court. Knowing how things work, they'll retire her with full pension and a million-plus dollar settlement, thus so much helping the district to which one assumes she had devoted her life. Brava, idiot.

You don't do High five: You're hit in the head
Your choice? But call it assault? I would then file a complaint that my hand got hurt on her head. -
*headdesk*
Oi! How could anyone confuse a high five, during a celebratory experience with being assaulted? Even if it was a miss?
I wonder if she sues her kitchen chairs for assault when she stubs her toes on them.
