I feel like I am in a dream. How can someone do this? Obviously this boy is not crazy since he hid the body but how do you do this to a baby. he is 4 years old!!!!!

He probably will be, in jail. I try not to wish bad thing on other people but, man, some sick-ones just deserve anything that comes at them!

this boy is EVIL he desearves anything he gets. I cannot image how the victim's parents will live the rest of their life. i don't know how i would keep living in their place.
Just hearing that he raped the poor child THEN murdered him THEN put him in a dryer tore my heart.

Well I have a four year old, and quite frankly, if anyone would do that to my baby boy, what I would do to that 14 year old would make "A Time To Kill" look like Sesame Street. I would completely snap out, I don't understand how parents of these kids don't, it's not like they wouldn't walk and the justice system is a let down more often than not (investigation.discovery.com/investigation/internet-cases/richardson/jasmine... that little b*tch gets out at 21 because of her age). When it comes to children and animals, I don't play.-
Have you seen Law Abiding citizen? I have a 4 year old and if someone ever touched her. I swear that I would kill anyone related to that person that I could get my hands on. I would do it cold blooded, to the point, without regrets and I would serve time. Because avenging her would be worth it. I am not a believer in forgiveness when it comes to little children getting hurt.

Well i was mentally mature at 14, I see no reason why this kid shouldn't be tried as an adult - unless of course mental defects are discovered.-
He will be tried as an adult but he can't be sentenced to life in jail without parole because he is still a minor. I don't understand that but, that is what the article said. If he gets maximum time he'll get about 50 years.

I hope he gets out soon and meets the boy's father in a dark alley. he should be tied up, watch himself get gutted then have his throat slit.

I can look past the rape (arggg!!) But KILLING the 4 YEAR OLD!! to HIDE the fact that he RAPED THE 4 YEAR OLD kills me. I don't know how cops can keep their cool when interrogating child murderers.

What it is is that society wants to believe in the goodness of others. So, we don't want to believe that a fucked up and downright evil 14 year old can rape (SODOMIZE) a 4 year old, run the faucet 'til the tub is filled and DROWN their victim THEN proceed to HIDE the BODY in a CLOTHES DRYER to SAVE HIMSELF from getting CAUGHT! Crazy people don't go to that length.

So sad on so many levels. I feel the pain of both sets of parents. I feel anger at the 14 year old who was probably made that way. I feel anguish for the parents of the 4 year old. They will feel guilt for the rest of their lives. I never left my 4 year to play outside unsupervised.-
I feel nothing for the 14 year old's parents because there is a reason why their son is raping little children and they are responsible on some level for this. Also, no matter what their son did, they will get to see him in prison and chances are, he will outlive them. I wish I could say the same for the poor baby's parents.

this is a sad story wityh a terrible ending,
there has been much more sexual abuse going on than people care to admit and make public. The more people who speak up the better -
It makes you wonder if he was a victim of abuse himself, I mean it's not normal for a 14 year old to molest another "child" and then kill them , ok this is just completely f-ed up all around-
it's an interesting point, but not every victim of abuse is an abuser, i fact in some cases it turns people into the extreme opposite

Kate I was sexually abused as a child. The last time it happened (and it did because I finally had the courage to say no and fight), I was 15 and here I am, with countless other victims who never have and never will molest, rape or abuse children. Abuse is a conscious chose that people make because children are weak and cannot defend themselves.

lol even the 14 year old is too young and innocent to be blamed. This is the fault of the parents for not looking after there kids, the media for teaching these kids abt things such as sex, molestation, rape etc at such a young age.
sad but true, our society is just becoming disgusting with people like this and the root source of all this is still operating. i mean common a 4 year old and a 14 year old omg gimme a break, when i was 4 i was barely able to talk in english and this kid knows about molesting? o0

umm no. 2 things here, one what is even remotely funny about this? and 2. 14 year olds can marry, have children, get jobs, and in many cultures they are considered grown. yall know that after he gets a lawyer they are going to say he was not read his rights, or they forced him to talk, or some BS like that to get him off. I happens alot but I hope like hell it doesnt in this case. He deserves to fry for this.-

I cannot image what that poor boy felt, what a horrible way of dying and how cold can the murderer be!! If at 14 he does this can you imagine what he'd do at 21? 28? He is evil to the core!

That's disgusting and the guy in the video was right ---14 is the magic number. At that age, and even in primitive times, even the age of 13 - you become a "man" in some cultures. I think life in prison with NO parole is the only way. Let him get the same treatment. That's disgusting.-
I say if you know enough to kill, you are old enough to serve the time on death row.
