Here's a link to the msn.com news story. A man is selling dolls, promising to donate some of the money to charity. You know he's making money on this! How tacky and inappropriate can a person get?!

what is sad is there are people out there who would purchase this stuff. ummm rather than spend hard earned money on a tacky item where the seller walks away with $27 and only $3 goes to charity, just donate the whole $30 to charity and stop encouraging people like this by purchasing their items.

He was on Nancy Grace last night and said he didn't exactly know how much they would give to charity from the sale of the dolls. Fortunately though, he realized what a moron he is and has suspended the sale of the dolls.

I don't see how he had much of a choice, the outcry was loud. there's also Casey voodoo dolls on ebay... lovely huh?

I agree, that one would almost be worth it.

the guy is really no different than an ambulance chasing attorney, only instead of scooping up clients and making a fortune he is handpicking headlines and doing it. An ultimate opportunist. He is indeed tasteless

I doubt that either Caylee or her parents had signed a model's release allowing her image to be used at any rate. In this case you'd think the doll maker is seriously liable. If he is sued, he richly deserves it.

I have a relative who broke his neck while playing football during his hs homecoming game and ended up paralyzed from the neck down. Without getting permission, the school started up a fundraiser in his name and collected quite a bit of money - and used it for something else, not him! Yeah, the school got sued!

No limits to human greed. When 9-11 happened, people faked the death of relatives just to get money.
