On Rate My Blog, is 1 the highest or 5?

On Rate My Blog, is 1 the highest or 5? It may seem like a silly question, but I want to tell people what the rating is, as it could be either way.

Being number 1 is being top of something, but if the rating is out of 5, then 5 is the top.

Can anyone clarify?

    I googled "Rate my blog" and got a lot of hits for different sites. Can you give us an URL to the site to which you are specifically referring? It's kinda difficult to answer your question without being able to check it out for ourselves.
