LOL - no worries - one day at a time.
Thursday is coming soon - and You'll at least get something from me to trade out to others - or to use at your own discretion in art, or something nifty. -
You need to show a start...
OK - so get your mom - or dad - or sister - or friend to start with you...
Start small...
Post about how much work you're doing - and how you're promoting it...
Post about your thoughts on it --- and your dreams of where it will end up.
Chronicle your experiment.
And if you can get someone close to you to trade - SHOW OFF the trade in pictures - and talk about it.
Then - after you get more posts running - you will see that people might just be interested after all.
Unfortunately no one wants to just "SEND" someone something - especially if they don't know the person - RIGHT?
And trust is a big factor.
You have to give them a reason to want to trust you --- show your life --- show them that you're a real person --- and you're really trying to do something.
Make it an ADVENTURE - that everyone wants to come along with you on. -
Patience my dear - and a ton more posts... and don't forget to use other social medias (eg. Twitter, Bloggeries, etc.).
Use RSS feeds.
Find a REALLY super AWESOME template (falconhive.com) is a GREAT source.
Make a Banner - share it.
And totally have some patience - because things take a LOT of time to start happening.
So make it like an experimental project.
Have fun with it --- make it like a DAILY Diary...
And enjoy it no matter how it turns out.
In fact - maybe you could get an INTERVIEW with the original guy... Or something...
Get polls going - get your readership interacting with you.
Find sponsors - or put up ads via commission junction.
And don't forget to put a paypal donate button or something on there.
OK?
