Next Police lathi charge or people killed by firing to stop the mob. Than Social and human right group will come in than Politician have to obey the people or do what they want. Or they will not be voted to power next time.

      Funny and interesting

Public transport is a viable option within populated areas like towns and cities and between populated centers as well. Public transportation goals and policies are aimed at protecting the environment, conserving energy, and providing for the health, safety and security of its citizens. Benefits include increased safety, reducing travel times and costs to the individuals using it, and decreasing the stress of traveling on a daily basis.

The most successful public transportation systems are integrated systems that provide easy-access links within and among all forms of modern travel—highway, air, water, bus and train.

well you would hope so wouldn't you..

but does it really need to be in populated areas?

Where I live on a small island we lack a large enough population to establish and maintain a bus system. As we are on an island we do not have the advantages of interconnection with integrated transportation systems that small places have on the mainland.
    3. siralmo
not even a single bus that loops the island?

That was tried and it failed. There wasn't enough demand and a high enough ridership to recover operating costs. It was impossible to have the scheduling meet the needs of the people who live here and use the ferry to commute to work at varying times of the day. A taxi and van system also failed. The population is too small here to sustain such systems and government subsidized funding is only available to larger centers. Many people here car pool and many ride bicycles to and from work.

how many people live on your island?

Just this past December, Phoenix launched its rail system. Although the cars always appear crowded, it's getting rave reviews from the commuters. I've yet to step aboard, but hope to soon.

When I lived in Washington, DC, I used public transportation everyday. Very few that live on Capitol Hill have a vehicle - there's no where to park one.
    1. siralmo
you should do it just for novelties sake
    2. MadMadMargo
