Opinions Needed Please

Hi

I need your opinion on the theme I am using on my blog, as I don't know if it is easily navigable or understandable or is it confusing or maybe I'm the only one who likes it, so opinions please.

Actually this should go under blogging help but seeing as I'm asking you to look at my blog, then it's probably best here.

I like the quilt layout, it's original. Seems clear and easy enough to navigate as well. I would maybe change the colors a bit, there's not much contrast between the background color and the text in some of the boxes, making it a bit hard to read.

  I like the quilting too but it's a free theme from wordpress and until I learn how to adapt colours I'm not sure what to do with the contrasts.

Okay, I recommend you code your random quilt-like background colors to have a minimum luminosity (brightness) so the black text shows up well on it. But not too bright or the white text won't show up.

Other than that, no complaints.

  That is one of the problems, I don't really know coding so no idea how to do that, as the theme is a free one, but it does seem to have the problem with the dark randomisation of it.

  I'm thinking that if you had taken note of the date on this thread 7/23/09 and then clicked the username of the member who posted it, you would have found that there is no blog on her BC Profile page.
  
  I'm thinking that at that point you would have also seen the following information:

  I'm thinking that faced with this evidence you probably would have realized that resurrecting this thread and commenting on it would result in it occupying a space on the front page of the forum was a pointless thing to do that may even annoy other members.
