   Interesting, and plausible enough. Having six digits is a rare, but not unheard-of, condition.
   
   However, there only seem to be four toenails to the left of her left foot's big toe. This is even more evident in another posting of the image ( forum.tmz.com/2007/05/16/oprah-toe/ ).
   
   That outer feature could be a toe, but my guess is that it's more in the bunion family.
